We are looking for a Sales Executive for the public sector at Boldt Tech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and positioning our technological solutions in state agencies. The ideal profile is a professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, who enjoys the challenge of prospecting and acquiring new clients in a highly competitive environment.

Boldt Tech is a business unit of Grupo Boldt, whose solutions integrate the latest technologies available in the market. We are pioneers in road safety and infringement management systems, implementing solutions for traffic optimization, integrating technologies that allow for automatic detection and counting of vehicles (flow control), classification by weight, size, and number of axles, toll systems, automatic license plate reading (ALPR), tag reading (RFID), speed measurement, use of regulatory lights, and other infractions, dynamic signage, and intelligent signs with installation on gantries and banners. We incorporate cutting-edge technologies for surveying and managing road assets, as well as setting up centralized management centers for traffic monitoring. All this expertise makes us specialists in the development and integration of digital platforms with diverse technologies.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial hunter roles in the public sector or selling complex B2B solutions (technology, SaaS, services).
  • Knowledge of the state ecosystem and public procurement processes (bidding, contests, direct hiring).
  • Consultative sales and political negotiation skills, being able to interact with mayors, secretaries, and technical teams.
  • Ability to open doors and generate cold meetings (cold calling, networking, event participation, alliances).
  • Strong results-oriented and KPI fulfillment for prospecting and closing.
  • Availability for frequent travel within the country.
  • Desired education
    • Degree in Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Political Science, or related fields.
  • We will especially value any commercial experience in the public and/or corporate segment.
