The role:
As a Business Development, you will be part of the Galileo team, reporting to the Manager of Business Development, offering digital banking solutions to cross-functional C-suite leaders at Financial Institutions and fintechs.
The role requires knowledge and understanding of banking and financial services business and ecosystem, core and digital banking platforms, and Galileo products. The role requires a self-starter who can, proactively, generate leads to shepherd through the sales cycle; prospecting, creating preference, and closing deals by working in a highly complex, consultative selling environment. This role requires a self-starter who will be able to fulfill our enterprise selling approach - from prospecting and cold calling to preparing presentation materials for your final round of meetings.
The right candidate has excellent presentation and pitching experience, proven success in prior sales roles, and is comfortable calling on high-level corporate leaders. Ideally, candidates will have experience working with prospects/clients. The key to success in this role is a relentless drive to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities against established metrics and comfortably articulate Galileo’s value proposition.
