The roleWe are looking for a Project Manager based in LATAM to lead the rollout of Loyal Guru’s SaaS platform across mid‑to‑large multinational retail companies.
You will own the client relationship throughout the integration process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience from start to finish.
🕓 This position follows a LATAM working schedule, offering flexibility and collaboration across international teams.
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of tightly scoped, mid‑to‑large SaaS rollout projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks to ensure delivery meets contractual commitments.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear and confident communication while building trust and credibility in multicultural, remote‑first environments.
- Act as the main point of contact for client delivery, developing long‑term relationships through empathy, clarity, and evidence‑based communication.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients (during presales or project phases) to understand business objectives and define delivery roadmaps with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Prioritize roadmaps based on business value and risk, enabling early releases and continuous delivery of value.
- Coordinate internal and external delivery tasks, driving progress and removing blockers.
- Serve as the bridge between our engineering team and the client’s technical team, leading change management and ensuring fast problem resolution.
- Track project health with accurate reporting, including risk management, budget tracking, resource needs, and delivery outcomes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all project invoicing accurately reflects the resource and time invested.
- Protect project focus by diplomatically minimizing unproductive distractions or ad‑hoc meetings.
- Location: LATAM (remote‑friendly position).
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish, English (C1) and other language is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in Retail (mandatory).
- Strong background in software implementation or integration projects, ideally within SaaS environments.
- Experience managing complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Proficiency in project planning and tracking tools.
- Knowledge of PMBOK best practices (PMP certification preferred).
- Highly organized, structured, and proactive professional with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent relationship builder, able to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
