Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of creating stories in Gerkin format.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager.
  • Deep knowledge of data analytics and handling large datasets.
  • Ability to analyze technical requirements from business and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and map them.
  • Can work with upstream and downstream product managers to identify solutions for business requirements.
  • Can create sequence diagrams for API interactions.
  • Experience in data development.
  • Knowledge of Telecom BSS stack (good to have).
Responsibilities
  • Create user stories that cover the impact for a given requirement in detail.
  • Understand all features and guide the team on feature acceptance.
  • Responsible to accept stories only when all acceptance criteria are met and ensure team adherence to criteria.
  • Have good knowledge of data architecture to guide the team on functional issues.
  • Collaborate and drive solutions with stakeholders from upstream and downstream teams.
  • Assess the level of effort required for implementation.
  • Identify risks and dependencies to fulfil a requirement.
  • Track feature completion within LOE and timelines.
  • Prioritise stories for the team by understanding business priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Keep the product management team updated on progress and bring out delays and risks early.
  • Lead demos on behalf of the team.
  • Capture non‑functional requirements – security and performance for every feature and map them into stories.

Our client is a multinational mobile company. BD&I is the Amdocs billing platform that is used by our client to serve, manage, and bill customers on the client’s network. The platform has complex orchestration and caters to Add a line, Upgrade and Net line transaction across Retail, Care and Web channels.
