¿Cuál es la misión de la posición?Serás responsable de consolidar y automatizar informes financieros, construir modelos de presupuesto y pronóstico, realizar análisis de variaciones y apoyar la toma de decisiones con insights cuantitativos, teniendo foco en Planificación Financiera y Reporting para una fintech en crecimiento.
Desafíos- Elaborar y mantener el ciclo mensual y trimestral de cierre financiero y reporting (P&L, cash flow, balance simplificado).
- Diseñar, actualizar y automatizar modelos de presupuesto, Forecast y escenarios (Rolling Forecasts).
- Realizar análisis de variaciones (real vs presupuesto/forecast) y presentar hallazgos y recomendaciones a las partes interesadas (finanzas, producto, operaciones, dirección).
- Construir y mantener tableros y reportes operativos y financieros (KPI, análisis de cohortes, economía unitaria).
- Extraer, transformar y analizar datos desde bases transaccionales mediante SQL; garantizar la integridad, consistencia y trazabilidad de datos.
- Identificar y ejecutar oportunidades de automatización de procesos de reporting (para reducir tiempos y errores).
- Apoyar en análisis ad-hoc: pricing, rentabilidad por producto o segmento, coste de adquisición (CAC), churn, LTV, sensibilidad de escenarios.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de Data/BI, Producto y Operaciones para mejorar las fuentes de datos y los modelos analíticos.
- Participar en la definición y evolución de los indicadores financieros y operativos críticos para el negocio (CAC, LTV, ARPU, NPL, morosidad, pista, burn rate).
- Documentar procesos, supuestos y fuentes de datos para asegurar replicabilidad y auditoría interna.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel y SQL.
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos de producto, datos y operaciones en un entorno ágil.
- Experiencia en Análisis Financiero de Rentabilidad.
- Experiencia en Análisis de Riesgos y tasas.
- Experiencia en Fideicomisos Financieros, en Flujos de Caja y de Deuda.
