Role Overview

We are seeking a curious and self-driven Junior Analyst based in Argentina to join our remote team. This position requires a natural problem-solver who thrives in an independent work environment and is eager to fast-track a career in Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in Offensive Security and Ethical Hacking is highly valued. This role serves as the first line of defense for customers, combining a security mindset with a service-oriented approach to manage security alerts and resolve Tier-1 technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Security Monitoring: Monitor incoming security alerts, analyze logs, and perform initial triage of potential incidents.

Technical Support: Manage and resolve Tier-1 technical tickets from global customers. troubleshoot platform issues, configuration requests, and connectivity problems.

Security Analytics: Analyze security data to identify trends, false positives, and anomalies in customer environments.

Incident Response: Escalate complex security incidents to Tier-2/3 teams with detailed analysis and documentation.

Customer Communication: Maintain professional and clear communication with clients regarding their technical inquiries and security status.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), completion of IT/cybersecurity course, or 1+ year experience in Cybersecurity or Technical Support.

Solid understanding of Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, HTTP/S).

Practical experience with Linux (CLI) and Windows environments.

Fluent English (Written and Verbal) is mandatory.

Knowledge in reading or writing scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. - Advantage

Entry-level security certifications (CompTIA Security+, Google Cybersecurity, eJPT). - Advantage
