Estamos buscando actualmente profesional experimentado y dinámico para unirse a nuestro equipo.Como Shift Managerpodrías generar un gran impacto en nuestro negocio, pues serás responsable de dirigir todas las operaciones del terminal durante tu turno. Tu misión será gestionar eficientemente los recursos para lograr los objetivos de productividad y servicio al cliente, manteniendo siempre prácticas de trabajo seguras y cumpliendo con los plazos programados.

Algunas responsabilidades Pincipales:- Gestionar, motivar e instruir al equipo operativo, estableciendo prioridades y metas.
- Coordinar las operaciones para asegurar programas efectivos, manteniendo los plazos de salida y atraque de los barcos.
- Colaborar con el departamento de ingeniería / mantenimiento para maximizar la disponibilidad y eficacia de los equipos.
- Asegurar prácticas seguras en todas las operaciones y mantener políticas de seguridad efectivas.
- Ser el primer punto de contacto en situaciones de emergencia y reporte de novedades.
- Mantener una presencia constante en el terminal, supervisando las actividades continuamente.
- Título universitario en disciplinas relacionadas con gestión de Operaciones Logísticas.
- Sólida experiencia (4+años) supervisando operaciones en terminales de contenedores u entornos similares.
- Licencia de conducción de vehículo particular vigente
- Habilidades bien desarrolladas en comunicación oral y escrita en inglés.
- Sólidos conocimientos sobre estándares internacionales de prácticas seguras en operaciones portuarias.
- Habilidades avanzadas en computación y comprensión de sistemas modernos de planificación y control de terminales.
- Habilidades avanzadas en computación con un sólido entendimiento de sistemas modernos de planificación de operaciones.
- Habilidades efectivas de negociación y resolución de conflictos combinadas con buenas habilidades de asesoramiento y escucha.
- Requiere la capacidad de anticipar problemas mediante la identificación de los problemas clave y la creación de planes de contingencia y soluciones alternativas
