Driven by our enthusiasm for meeting new talents and fostering connections within the community and as part of our profile mapping program, we are now exploring diverse roles, including Senior Python Developer to expand the Engineering area . It’s important to note that, in this instance, the role does not involve immediate hiring but rather serves as a part of a pipeline for future recruitments.
We're looking for a Python Developer Semi Senior to join our remote multicultural team and be part of the full development cycle of web and mobile apps: including understanding business needs, designing solutions for specific problems, and developing the product. They should be able to work independently with little support from other devs to develop high-quality software, which is aligned with client needs and company standards.
What are the main responsibilities of this role?
- Develop well-designed and high-quality code, with automated tests.
- Participate in the overall management of the project (planning and review calls, board and story-map maintenance, etc).
- Ensure the development of high-quality code across the company.
- Write meaningful code reviews.
- Collaborate with internal initiatives.
- Encourage project and company technical improvement.
- Assist team members and generate meaningful discussions during disagreements.
- Execute the right level of documentation for the project.
Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?
- Software experience from degree studies.
- +2 years approx. of experience in the IT field.
- At least 2 years of experience developing apps with Python using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Fast API.
- Experience developing automated tests.
- Nice to have: Experience using LangChain and/or other agent development tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases design, implementation, and best practices.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and within an agile environment.
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)
