About the role: Our client is seeking a Visual Designer to join their internal marketing agency remotely, supporting both the core brand and an expanding portfolio of advisor brands. This full‑time role requires a creative professional with extensive experience in branding, digital design, and marketing communications, capable of delivering high‑quality visuals across multiple formats—including web, print, motion, and interactive media. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail‑oriented, and able to collaborate effectively within a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment.

• Design and prototype responsive landing pages in Figma for deployment in Webflow.
• Create comprehensive advisor brand kits, including logos, typography, colour systems, and brand guidelines.
• Develop marketing materials such as one‑pagers, pitch decks, social media graphics, email visuals, and event collateral.
• Produce motion graphics and animated content (e.g., GIFs, interactive banners) to enhance engagement and storytelling.
• Apply UX and UI best practices to all designs, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.

• +4 years of experience as a graphic, visual, or product designer.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Demonstrated experience in Webflow or other no‑code web‑design tools.
• Strong foundation in branding, including logo creation, visual identity development, and brand system management.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, layout design, and responsive web design.
• Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Lottie, Webflow CMS, or other motion‑design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Experience working with distributed teams or internal marketing agencies.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Based in LATAM.

Shift: Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
