Accountabilities- Analyze user behavior patterns using Python and SQL to generate actionable insights.
- Design, execute, and interpret experiments, including A/B tests, to validate product changes.
- Size opportunity areas and estimate potential impact to guide product prioritization.
- Recommend improvements to product features based on quantitative analysis and behavioral signals.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to prioritize initiatives using data-driven evidence.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide long-term strategic guidance by identifying trends and patterns across large-scale datasets.
- 5+ years of experience in product-focused data science, with a proven track record influencing product decisions.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, Jupyter) and advanced SQL for large-scale data analysis.
- Solid foundation in statistics and experimentation methodologies, including A/B test design and interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability to size opportunities and assess feature impact quantitatively.
- Experience in communicating complex analyses effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and work remotely while overlapping U.S. Central Time business hours.
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Engineering-oriented data science background with exposure to data modeling, architecture, or production data pipelines.
- Knowledge of experimentation platforms and product analytics tooling.
