Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST (Full-Time)

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Pre-Litigation Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling client communications, intakes, and pre-litigation documentation in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding and documentation requests.
Communicate with clients and former employers to gather case information and records.
Conduct client intakes and assess case viability.
Draft pre-litigation demand documents, including Notices of Claims.
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case files.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in legal intake and pre-litigation support, preferably in Labor and Employment Law.
Familiarity with California Labor Law is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines consistently.
Professional, empathetic, and confident when communicating with clients.
