Job DescriptionExperience:
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a professional setting.
- Telecom industry experience is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, including production-level deployment.
- Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data science best practices.
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and SQL).
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proficiency in building scalable pipelines using tools like Airflow, Kubeflow, or MLflow.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and version control.
- Desirable experience with real-time ML systems or streaming data (Kafka, Flink, etc.).
- Desirable knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Design and oversee scalable ML architectures and infrastructure.
- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Select and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools.
- Drive best practices for ML model lifecycle management, including versioning, retraining, and monitoring.
- Contribute to the ML roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Build and optimize ML models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
- Conduct rigorous model validation, A/B testing, and performance tuning.
- Partner with data scientists, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into ML solutions.
- Collaborate across data science, tech, and product managers to define and build data ingestion systems and model training pipelines.
- Optimize models for scalability and high performance.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor models in production environments.
- Champion the adoption of MLOps practices: CI/CD for ML, reproducibility, scalability, and observability.
- Automate workflows and model serving using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to focus on the design, development, and deployment of machine learning systems at scale.
You will play a strategic role in shaping the project's ML architecture, mentoring other team members, and collaborating cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product owner.
This is a hands‑on position requiring deep technical expertise and a vision for how machine learning can drive business outcomes.
