The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one online support to clients in achieving their health and wellness objectives, and promote sustainable lifestyle habits.

Requirements

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training plans
• Lead training sessions with proper technique, motivation, and safety in mind
• Track progress and adjust programs as needed
• Educate clients on exercise, nutrition, and healthy living practices
• Maintain a professional, supportive, and encouraging environment
• Be able to hold a class in proficient English
• Have a home gym space and some equipment to hold the classes from
