WAYPOINT is a creative production company specialized in Marketing Art, Collectibles and E-commerce projects for mid-sized to AAA clients such as Skybound, Mattel, Konami, Blizzard, Pokémon, Bandai, Ubisoft and more.
MissionDo you want to be part of an exciting company focused on the video game industry? We are looking for a Community Manager with strong communication skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of online communities. You will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing our brand communities across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities- Manage and engage with the community across social platforms, forums, Discord, and other channels
- Create and publish community-focused content aligned with brand voice and campaigns
- Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages with clear, timely, and empathetic communication
- Act as the voice of the community internally, gathering feedback and insights to share with the team
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and production teams to support launches and campaigns
- Moderate community spaces and enforce guidelines to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
- Track community sentiment, engagement, and growth, and report key insights
- Have a passion for the video game industry and online communities
- Consider yourself positive, proactive, open to feedback, and willing to learn and work with the team
- Have experience managing communities for brands, games, or digital products
- Are comfortable using social media management and community tools (Discord, Reddit, social platforms, etc.)
- Bring 3–5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a related role
- Have excellent English written and spoken communication skills
- Mid-Senior level
