So you’re interested in becoming a Manager, Paid Social? Let's dive into what that means:
  • Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time. Follow all best practice and QA processes.
  • Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other Practices.
  • Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will also start to build your knowledge of other Practices.
  • Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact for your client or Practice.
  • Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills.
We’re looking for someone who 🔍
  • Has a strong Paid Social delivery track record with 2+ years of experience across Meta, with further experience across TikTok, LinkedIn, etc desirable.
  • Is passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you. Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
  • Has a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
  • Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who is able to lead client communication.
  • Is passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
  • Has excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Has a strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.
  • Has an advanced English level (B2 in advance).
  • Any background in Recruitment Marketing or Healthcare clients is a nice to have.

  • Effective campaign creation and delivery metrics.
  • Internal targets/metrics on technology adoption and process optimisation met.
  • You will hit our quality assurance metrics on all campaigns you lead.
  • Client satisfaction targets being met (internal & external).
  • Learning certifications created and met across the practice.
  • Active involvement in mentoring less experienced Paid Social colleagues.
  • Hybrid salary scheme (50% paid in USD).
  • 20 working days vacation plus all Argentina public holidays.
  • Adaptive/hybrid working, with 3 days in our amazing Palermo Office (right opposite the Hippodrome!)
  • Free breakfast and lunch in the office.
  • Quarterly training sessions on wider business skills (pitching, strategy, client servicing)
  • Mobility programmes - work from another country for up to 30 days!
