Nuestro cliente es una organización de gran tamaño que opera en la industria de Energía y Recursos Naturales, con una sólida presencia en el mercado y enfoque en la excelencia operativa.
Descripción- Coordinar y ejecutar procesos de reclutamiento y selección para diferentes áreas de la empresa.
- Publicar avisos de empleo en portales y redes sociales especializadas.
- Realizar entrevistas iniciales y gestionar evaluaciones psicotécnicas.
- Colaborar con los líderes de equipo para identificar perfiles adecuados.
- Elaborar reportes relacionados con el proceso de selección.
- Gestionar bases de datos de candidatos y mantener actualizada la información.
- Asistir en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias de atracción de talento.
- Garantizar una experiencia positiva para los candidatos durante el proceso de selección.
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Formación en Recursos Humanos, Psicología o carreras afines.
- Inglés avanzado oral y escrito
- Conocimientos en procesos de reclutamiento y selección.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas y plataformas de reclutamiento.
- Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples procesos de selección en simultáneo.
- Contrato temporal con posibilidad de extensión.
- Oportunidad de trabajar en una empresa líder de la industria de Energía y Recursos Naturales.
- Ambiente laboral colaborativo y profesional en Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
