¡Atención! Seleccionamos para empresa de soluciones informáticas: Buscamos un perfil con sólida base en desarrollo de software y experiencia implementando IA Generativa en contextos empresariales.
Requisitos- Python y/o Node.js (al menos uno a nivel productivo).
- Experiencia con LLMs (OpenAI/Azure/Claude/Gemini o equivalentes) y diseño de prompts estructurados.
- Práctica en RAG (vectorización, context windows, evaluaciones) y algún vector DB (Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS/Chroma).
- Desarrollo de REST APIs (FastAPI/Express) y manejo de Git.
- Globant Enterprise AI: experiencia directa o fundamentos claros de cómo modelar soluciones en la plataforma.
- Muy valorado tener experiencia en n8n (Modelado de workflows complejos, creación de custom nodes, escalado con Docker).
- Diseñar e implementar soluciones de IA generativa aplicadas a procesos de negocio (copilotos, chats corporativos, asistentes técnicos).
- Construir agentes y flujos de automatización en Globant Enterprise AI.
- Implementar RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) con acceso seguro a SQL Server/Oracle, archivos corporativos y servicios web.
- Desarrollar servicios backend (Python o Node.js) para inferencias, herramientas y guardrails.
- Implementar observabilidad de IA (métricas de calidad, evaluación de respuestas, costos, latencia).
- Colaborar para despliegues escalables y seguros (Docker, políticas de datos, gestión de secretos).
- Modalidad Flexible: Rosario (híbrido) o 100% remoto otras localidades de Argentina.
