Misión del rolLiderar y escalar la estrategia de cumplimiento normativo en Argentina, transformando las regulaciones del BCRA y la UIF en ventajas competitivas. Tu propósito es actuar como un facilitador estratégico que integre la legalidad con la innovación tecnológica, automatizando procesos de debida diligencia y posicionando a la compañía como un referente de confianza, ética y seguridad ante el ecosistema regulatorio y el mercado B2B.
Requisitos del rol- Experiencia comprobada en el ecosistema local: Al menos 5 años liderando áreas de Compliance o Legales en Fintechs, Bancos Digitales o empresas de tecnología financiera en Argentina.
- Conocimiento profundo de las Comunicaciones "A" del BCRA (especialmente para PSP) y las Resoluciones de la UIF (Ley 25.246 y modificatorias).
- Visión de Producto (Product Mindset): Capacidad para leer una norma y proponer una solución técnica.
- Relacionamiento Institucional: Experiencia previa tratando con reguladores o participando activamente en agremiaciones
- Inglés avanzado.
- Mentalidad Data-Driven
- Liderar la estrategia de cumplimiento en un entorno de las normas del BCRA y la UIF
- Ser el puente entre el "SÍ" y el "CÓMO": Trabajar codo a codo con los equipos de Producto e Ingeniería para diseñar flujos de onboarding que sean 100% legales pero 0% friccionantes para el usuario.
- Liderar la relación con el ecosistema: Actuar como el interlocutor principal ante organismos reguladores (BCRA, UIF, ARCA) y cámaras del sector, posicionando a Truora como un referente de ética y seguridad.
- Automatizar el cumplimiento: Transformar procesos manuales de Debida Diligencia en flujos automatizados escalables, aprovechando nuestras propias herramientas de validación de identidad.
- Evangelizar la cultura de Compliance: Crear una conciencia interna donde el cumplimiento no sea un "freno", sino un sello de calidad que genera confianza en nuestros clientes B2B (Bancos, Fintechs y Telcos).
