DescripciónEnfocado en estrategia educativa, construcción de capacidades y efectividad del aprendizaje:
- Diseño, localización, implementación y evaluación de programas de educación profesional.
- Aplicación de principios de ciencias de la educación para aumentar efectividad.
- Desarrollo de contenido educativo (digital, manuales, módulos de formación).
- Coordinación de workshops, entrenamientos y eventos educativos.
- Medición del impacto educativo usando KPIs regionales.
- Seguimiento con fuerza de ventas post‑curso para asegurar adopción.
- Planificación del presupuesto educativo.
- Colaboración cercana con equipos regionales de Educación Profesional y equipos Clínicos locales.

Perfil buscado- Título universitario en Ingeniería Biomédica, Ciencias de la Vida, disciplinas biomédicas o áreas relacionadas.
- 3 a 5+ años de experiencia relevante en marketing, soporte de producto, educación, áreas clínicas o comerciales.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos de Ventas y Clínico/Médico.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas, de comunicación y presentación.
- Experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos (Tableau/Power BI).
- Conocimiento de herramientas digitales, aplicaciones de IA y plataformas CRM (Salesforce).
- Inglés avanzado, oral y escrito.
- Posición permanente.
- Bono: Esquema anual atado al cumplimiento de objetivos, equivalente al 10% del salario vigente en diciembre.
- Subsidio por alimentación: $130.000 mensuales.
- Bienestar: acceso a SportClub o Well Hub (opción a elección según política vigente).
- Vacaciones: días hábiles (según política interna de la compañía).
- Día de cumpleaños: día libre.
- Horario laboral: lunes a viernes, de 9 a 18 h.
- Esquema híbrido: 3 días presenciales y 2 remotos (3x2).
- Licencia extendida por maternidad: un mes adicional.
- Licencia extendida para persona no gestante: un mes adicional.
- Prepaga: Osde 310 (Incluye grupo familiar).
