ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

NP Digital is looking for a Paid Media Director to build our Paid Media team and serve as a one-stop shop for our potential and existing clients.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience building and leading a media team at a digital marketing agency but also has the ability to get their hands dirty and build. You are interested in building integrated media strategies for clients to achieve their business goals and you know that no "standard" approach will ever achieve optimal results for them. You've built hundreds of media plans, and just as importantly, you have the storytelling skills to bring those plans to life. You can earn the trust of CMOs and CEOs by showing them thoughtful insights, compelling strategies, and innovative uses of multiple paid channels to make a meaningful impact on their business.

Supported by international colleagues, you will be responsible for growing an entire Paid Media department and training staff on the processes and frameworks you build. You will work closely with our international team and the Managing Directors, to oversee the market launch phase.

This is a newly created role to support our growing team. To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Latin America and are required to be fluent in English.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Offer eye-catching presentations to sell new channels and/or offers to a brand.
  • In this role you will handle the day-to-day management of a portfolio of paid media accounts across multiple markets in LATAM and support your team in winning new businesses.
  • As a paid media expert, you will be responsible for the oversight of the accounts under your leadership, implementing data-backed performance strategies across paid search and paid social campaigns to maximize business results for our clients. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge of best practices across Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok as well as conversion optimization hacks to assess yourself as a trusted advisor in the eyes of your clients.
  • Create integrated media plans that predict actual business outcomes for our clients.
  • Serves as an escalation point for customer services and sales for the complex challenges of paid media.
  • Plays an active role in submissions for renewals, upsells, and new accounts for clients where a higher level of subject matter expertise is needed.
  • If necessary, plan, manage and execute integrated digital media campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in paid media within an agency environment.
  • Track record of revenue growth across a portfolio of B2C and B2B clients.
  • High proficiency in strategizing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn against a given ROI target.
  • Ability to accurately report on campaign performance and translate the complex into simple but meaningful insights.
  • Strong expertise in omnichannel planning, data and analytics as well as CRM.
  • Understanding of the synergy between earned, paid and owned media.
  • Track record in establishing valuable relationships with clients, including C-Suite.
  • Experience in conducting sales calls and participating in pitches is a plus for this role.
  • Exceptional project management skills, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in building a team from the ground up and developing standard processes.
