Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact from sale through delivery.
Provide shipment updates and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
Systems & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and shipments in CRM/TMS systems.
Coordinate billing and profitability tracking with accounting.
RequirementsRequired
3+ years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics.
Proven experience shipping from the Far East to the USA.
Strong knowledge of ocean freight (FCL/LCL); air freight is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to close freight sales independently.
Knowledge of Incoterms and U.S. import regulations (ISF, AMS).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred
Existing book of business.
Experience working with NVOCCs, carriers, and overseas agents.
Familiarity with CRM and TMS systems.
Commission
3% commission on all shipping bookings closed by the coordinator.
$200 USD bonus for each customer that signs up for 3PL warehouse services (lead generation only; warehouse sales are handled by a separate sales team).
