🎯 Tu Misión:

Liderar la creación, desarrollo y consolidación del canal corporativo, diseñando la estrategia comercial y los procesos necesarios para su implementación.

Serás responsable de generar nuevos negocios, establecer alianzas con empresas e instituciones, y construir relaciones de largo plazo que fortalezcan la presencia en el segmento corporativo. Su rol combina visión estratégica, liderazgo de equipo y ejecución comercial, garantizando una gestión alineada con los valores y la visión de la organización.

🦄 Requisitos:
  • Tener estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas, Comercialización / Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial, Comunicación, Psicología (con enfoque organizacional o comercial).
  • Conocimiento del mercado de medicina prepaga u otros intangibles (seguros, servicios financieros, etc).
  • Capacidad para interpretar datos de clientes y convertirlos en acciones comerciales efectivas.
  • Liderazgo inspirador y orientado a resultados.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y visión de negocio.
  • Capacidad de análisis y negociación de alto nivel
  • Inteligencia emocional y manejo de objeciones.
✅ Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles comerciales en desarrollo de negocios B2B, preferentemente en servicios de salud, seguros o servicios financieros.

👉 Experiencia deseable en:

  • Diseño y ejecución de rutas comerciales.
  • Implementación de metodologías de venta consultiva o directa.
  • Manejo de indicadores de desempeño comercial (KPIs) o uso de herramientas tecnológicas (CRM, apps de gestión de rutas, Excel avanzado).

👉 Experiencia en la apertura de nuevos mercados, diseño de estrategias comerciales y gestión de convenios corporativos.

👉 Experiencia habiendo liderado equipos comerciales (2 años) o haber participado en la formación y expansión de un canal corporativo o institucional.
