Como Technical Supervisor tendrás la oportunidad de aportar a la productividad de nuestras operaciones al liderar nuestro equipo de técnicos para ejecutar de manera segura y eficiente las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, garantizando la calidad del trabajo y la confiabilidad de los registros mientras promueves la mejora continua.

Algunas responsabilidades Ppincipales:
Coordinar el equipo de trabajo y distribuir las actividades a realizar de acuerdo a los planes de mantenimiento de la maquinaria. Actuar como primer punto de contacto para los técnicos de turno en caso de consultas / anomalías técnicas o de seguridad. Supervisar las actividades programadas en los diferentes niveles de mantenimiento garantizando la calidad y confiabilidad de las actividades y de los registros del área. Desarrollar habilidades y competencias de los técnicos bajo su supervisión y promover el crecimiento del equipo de trabajo Asegurarse de que todas las actividades de mantenimiento de activos se lleven a cabo con el objetivo de reducir los riesgos al mínimo razonable Monitorear la efectividad de las estrategias de reparación de equipos y la idoneidad de los recursos de turno y proporcionar retroalimentación Brindar una estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Almacén e Inventario para garantizar que los materiales y repuestos requeridos estén disponibles para respaldar el trabajo fuera del horario estándar Monitorear los costos de mantenimiento y la velocidad y efectividad de la respuesta, para identificar y promover planes de mejora continua. Aplicar buenas prácticas laborales y habilidades de CMMS para optimizar la utilización eficiente de todos los recursos humanos y materiales para el trabajo por turnos dentro las instalaciones.Que Buscamos?
Formación Universitaria Culminada (preferiblemente Eléctrica, Electrónica, Electromecánica o Mecánica) Experiencia de 5 años en actividades de Mantenimiento con exposición a escenarios complejos para la planificación y organización de actividades laborales. Conocimientos sólidos en Automatización, Circuitos Hidráulicos y Eléctricos, Simotion, Motores. Dominio de Inglés (Deseable). Experiencia en supervisión de personal.
