At PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development. They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness.In HR transformation and technology at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services related to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies within organisations. You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models. Your work will involve assisting clients in optimising their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Manage end-to-end analyst engagement activities: Coordinate briefings, inquiries, and report submissions, ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality deliverables. Monitor research and maintain data accuracy: Identify upcoming studies, track participation, and manage calendars and data within tools like ARchitect, Salesforce, and SharePoint. Develop strategic content and narratives: Create briefing materials, proof points, and summaries that showcase PwC’s market leadership, collaborating with global teams to ensure message consistency.
